At the heart of these little creations is Nat Paull, resident Dessert Designer and Cake Maker who has dreamed of treat making since the age of seven. Straight out of high school, she wrote a letter to Maggie Beer and became her apprentice, learning from and working at Maggie’s elbow for two years.

Later, Nat spent some time at Richmond Hill Café and Larder as their Christmas Treat Specialist while also recipe-testing with Stephanie Alexander for the popular ‘Cooks Companion 2’.

Then it was on to ‘Little Bertha’ cake wholesalers, supplying yummy morsels to cafes all over Melbourne such as 7 seeds, Rosamond, Small Block, Ludo Food Store and many more.
